Patricia A. Lynch, C.N.P.

Patricia Azzarelli Lynch is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with an emphasis in women’s health. Patricia graduated in 1978 from Lewis University with a B.S.N degree and began her nursing career at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee where she worked as a labor and delivery nurse. She also spent several years in the labor and delivery unit at Riverside Medical Center. In 1987 she left Riverside Medical Center to join Westwood Obstetrics and Gynecology as clinical head nurse. Her growing interest in women’s health led her to St. Xavier University where she obtained her Masters degree in nursing in 1998. Upon completion of her Master’s degree and certification as a licensed nurse practitioner in 1998, Patricia began practicing here at Westwood Obstetrics and Gynecology.

While offering routine well exams including pap smears and breast exams, Patricia also manages basic gynecological problems offering various treatment options. Placing an emphasis on patient education, Patricia goes above and beyond to be sure that patients understand the importance of preventative care as well as providing the necessary resources for women of all ages to take control of their health and benefit from all there is to offer women today.

Patricia’s special interests include contraception counseling, menopause, hormone replacement therapy, and sexual dysfunction.


Jennifer Klump, C.N.M.

Jennifer Klump ia certified nurse-midwife (CNM) who has completed advanced graduate education to provide specialized health care to women.

Jennifer started her nursing career in Kentucky as an Obstetric R. N. in 1999 as a graduate of Southern State Community College in Hillsboro, Ohio. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2001 from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and continued working as an obstetrics R.N. in Ohio until she relocated to Illinois to her family in 2004. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse until obtaining her Master's of Science in Nursing as a Certified Nurse Midwife from the University of Cincinnati in 2010. Jennifer has taught at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois in the college's Family Nursing Practitioner program.

She specialized in normal, low-risk obstetrics care throughout pregnancy, labor delivery and postpartum status along with breastfeeding support. She enjoys providing care to women across their life span including well woman gynecology, adolescent care, menopausal care, preconception counseling, family planning/contraceptive care, and infertility. She strives to educate patients so they may be involved in the decision making process regarding their own care.
